To fold it, the Canvas back is lifted off its post, which allows the arms to drop on their hinges to the sides of the legs. The X frame legs can then be folded, once their riveted locking bars are opened. Highest quality 24 oz canvas has been used making this one of the finest and strongest chairs for field use. It makes for a comfortable desk chair besides having been used in numerous Shikar camps in India during the early 20th century.

Campbell Military Chest
