Named after the Duke of Wellington; who raked military successes in India during his tenure as major general. The large sized secretaire is adorned with brass accents on the edges. It has a lift top which opens to reveal a number of compartments; open and closed. Self locking brass hinges keep the top up, erecting a shelf with many open compartments for letters, telegrams, stationary, post cards etc. There’s an assortment of closed segments in various sizes for personal effects and valuable items, offering utmost organisation and order. The desk has brass handles on each side and legs that unscrew making it easily potable for travelling headquarters.
